‘Greetings from a wet and windy UK.

We sold up and moved back to our house in “sunny” St. Neots in July last year, too many reasons to list here but instantly missing the weather, food and beach, and most importantly Walking Football and all the banter that went with it.

It wasn’t long before I joined a Walking Football group here but rules were a lot looser but still enjoyable, but no bar to have a drink and a catch up afterwards, but remedied with a pub meet every couple of months. And we get the pitch free!

We are not gone for good as holidays booked for the future already and just had 10 days when I bumped into Terry, Martyn and Kevo.

Life isn’t too bad here but a lot more expensive than I remember. Still getting through the list of jobs to complete on the house which is keeping me busy and looking forward to our next holiday. I will pop up next time we are over, hopefully for a game but defo for a catch up.
