With no Fez or Rory, it’s back to Colin to pen some memories of game 2

In a change of colours it was red v black instead of black v red 😅 and in the first quarter the reds were all over the blacks.

Mark, Dave 🚖 and Mercedes assisted by Mick had blacks on the back foot, Eddie was throwing himself around in the goal, Colin was blocking anything he could get his foot to and Darren was trying his best to make something happen up front.

Incredibly Blacks scored first, second and third, what was going on? Darren with 2 and John with a 3rd had reds scratching their heads.

But a team is never more dangerous when they’re behind and Mark turned his defender and slammed home a reply

3-1 blacks after 15 minutes.

Reds kept at it and somehow one of them squeezed between 2 black defenders and scored past Eddie who had being doing his best ably assisted by the post to keep the score down.

However the scores were level once a shot was well saved but the ball fell to Mick to power home his teams 3rd

3-3 and blacks were definitely under the cosh, but still in it, Han and Dave 🐝 with Daz were keeping Darren company up front in an attempt to score again, but reds had unleashed their secret weapon in bringing Keith out of goal and along with Prak were pushing for their 4th, but what’s this….

Colin, who usually sits deep to ensure no 12-8 scorelines seen when he was away, ghosted up front, received the ball, twisted past Mercedes and then poked the ball through Kevo’s legs

4-3 blacks, surely not

No, Keith fresh legged and full of confidence had the last say as he drilled the ball past Eddie for a 4-4 scoreline

MoM has to be Eddie in goal, who knows how many reds would have scored if it weren’t for him
