Guys.
You will be required from this Monday or Thursday to complete a WFS members registration form.
On arrival at the polideportivo, Geoff will give you the form when your paying your match fee.
Please take them home and return them to Geoff fully completed when you attend your next session.
Failure to complete the form may mean that you could be excluded from the next walking football session you attend.
I can confirm that we will be Data protection compliant.
I have attached a copy of the form should you wish to print out and fill in to bring with you on your next session.
