Another scorcher today as game 1 was refereed by Dave Owl again in a 7 aside game that had goals, nearly goals, Fred straying beyond halfway, Bambi encouraging everyone and the usual wayward shooting on sight with no idea where the goal is.
A mix up in reds defence presented Sonic with his best chance to score but his tame shot rebounded out to Gert who slotted home with ease.
The first water break led to Paulo ghosting in and passing the ball beyond Colin into the net 1-1
Back out on the pitch Colin found Gert on the wing who made drilled in his second, 2-1 blacks became 3-1 when Graham 
dinked in a third but not before a corner was layed back and Boris hit the ball towards goal, with Steve beat it hit the post and the headlines that could have been written never will.
Bambi was in goal and congratulated Graham 
when his cheeky backheal crept in. Sorry, no, Bambi lambasted everyone on the pitch for crap defending 
3-2 blacks
The scoring was wrapped up when Bambi, reinstated to goal hanging poached a 4th for the blacks, 4-2 blacks final score
