After the COVID scare walking football returned to the Polideportivo.

The consensus of opinion was we hadn’t played for months although it was only a week!

The teams lined up with Orange having 9 players and lemon 8 players. Teams selected by Wrighty and appeared pretty even.

The Football being played by both sides was of a high standard with passing the ball being top of the agenda and produced a good game that eventually ended in a 0-0 draw.

The real action takes place in the bar afterwards and although a number of players dashed off after the game the magnificent 8 remained. However, the conversation was a load of bollocks as per normal The conversation led by Alvin going on about smart bombs being dropped by the Chinese and it was at this point I made my excuses and went home.
