Gentlemen you have been given or will be given a new Walking Football Spain registration form. You will be required to disclose your current medical conditions and medication.(this should be kept in your kit bag at all times)
It’s is important that the information you provide is accurate.
No member will have access to this information unless you suffer a medical emergency whilst at a WFS session.
Should you suffer a medical emergency and you are unable to communicate members will locate you kit bag and pass this on to the emergency services.( personally I have attached a key fob label with my name on it)
WFS Does not have any liability insurance in force .
To clarify should you injure a player or cause damage you maybe liable to pay compensation. I understand that if you have a home insurance policy there is a section on the that automatically gives third party liability cover world wide.
It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company that they provide this cover. The registration form also provides information on your personal behaviour whilst attending a WFS session (code of conduct)please ensure you read and understand its contents.
Registration fee charges are:-
Resident €5per annum
Non resident €10 per annum.
