16 players and a referee at the Calaonda venue, a great turnout!

So 8 a side saw a keenly contested game with trainee referee Brian Simpson doing his best to control the running while attempting to allow the play to flow.

Play did swing from end to end with both goalkeepers having to be alert to deal with the barrage of shots going their way. However It was that man Beith again who broke the scoring with a full blooded toe poke from 20 yds.

Keith Samuels was also on the score sheet as was late substitute Dasher.

Score 2.1 Yellow Bibs

Please note that the final result is subject to a VAR panel ruling on whether or not an Arsenal fan ‘did not see’ the referee restart the game following a water break. 🙂
